Spindlewood Lodges is located on the outskirts of Pilton village in the heart of the Somerset countryside and yet close to many places of interest. Wells, the smallest city in England, with its magnificent cathedral and Bishops Palace, is just 10 minutes drive. 15 minutes in the other direction brings you to the ancient and mystical town of Glastonbury, with its abbey ruins and Tor. Longleat Safari Park is just 20 miles away and is a popular choice for a day trip.

Further afield, the city of Bath, with its Roman Baths, theatre, shops and restaurants is only 45 minutes away, as are the coastal resorts of Burnham-on-sea and Weston-super-Mare which features a superb marine life centre.
